Meet Our Team

After leaving Colorado in 1998, Kim found a new home as the office manager at the Centre for Progressive Dentistry. For the past 20 years she has brought her knowledge and compassion to our practice. She loves to interact with her dental family and our patients help everyone have a great experience. She goes above and beyond to keep our practice running smoothly. She has over 25 years in the dental industry, and has seen things evolve for the better. Kim is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters and two dogs. Her history crosses several borders. She was born in Canada, lived in England, and now calls Arizona home. Kim looks out for all of us and is an invaluable part of our team!

Susie has been in dentistry for over 26 years and is currently working as our dental hygiene coordinator. Originally from Show Low, Susie graduated from the dental assisting program at the Bryman School in Phoenix. Susie is a texting master and does a great job of making sure we all keep up with our cleanings! If you ever get a text from her you’ll know she’s looking out for you! Susie loves the outdoors and you can often find her hiking, kayaking, or mountain biking. The time she spends outdoors makes us envious of her tan. Her friendliness and warm smile make her an awesome addition to our team!

Our hygienist Heather has been a part of the Centre for Progressive Dentistry family since graduating from Rio Salado’s dental hygiene program in 2001. She has a passion for creating a positive, comfortable experience for our patients, and in our unbiased opinion, she is very good at it! She worked as a dental assistant for four years prior to finishing hygiene school and has a love for dentistry. She is happily married to her high school sweetheart, and is a mom to Aiden and McKenna. She loves to travel with her family and much of her spare time is devoted to her husband, children, and to volunteering at her kids’ school.
